If you are not happy with the quality of a KuMa product, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full amount you paid for that product.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you — your choice.

- Share your order number and a short note (and a photo if the item is damaged).
- We’ll confirm within 1–2 business days. Because these are food products, we may not ask you to send the item back.
When you’ll get your money
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched.
